01 / THE CHALLENGE
SpiceProp’s group operated across online trading, prop trading, and financial education through TeleTrade, SpiceProp, and Finmex Academy. The task was to translate regional commercial priorities into locally relevant growth, while working within the existing marketing budget.
02 / WHAT I DID
Adapt positioning, content, channel plans, and launches to each market. Bring paid, organic, influencer, referral, and brand activity into one regional plan.
Improve the channel mix through budget reallocation, campaign optimization, creative testing, and conversion work. Measure the result through blended acquisition cost and revenue.
Activate approximately 150 influencer, KOL, and KOC channels across financial and trading communities. Secure strategic partnerships with KuCoin, Vantage, and EraTrade.
Lead a team of 4+ and work with Sales, Business Development, Product, and Academy teams to connect campaigns with acquisition and revenue performance.
03 / THE OUTCOMES
Monthly revenue increased by approximately 253% in 90 days without additional marketing spend. Blended CAC fell by approximately 50%, with a broader mix of locally relevant acquisition and partnership channels.
Index calculated from the approximately +253% result reported in my CV. This compares two endpoints; it is not a monthly time series.
The strongest regional plan leaves room for local differences. Customer trust, channel economics, and cross-functional execution need to work together.

The APAC and Regional Performance CVs report approximately +253%; a separate Global Marketing CV reports +300%. This case uses the lower figure consistently.
